Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received.
- All original packaging and tags must be intact.
- Customized or special order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Process:
- Contact our customer support team at ibra.jbara1@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.
Shipping and Handling:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Store credit may be offered as an alternative upon request.
Exceptions:
- Electrical components, opened fluids, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Returns of oversized or heavy items may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and details of the issue.
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the item and offer a replacement or full refund upon inspection.
